Out For The Win advocates for greater inclusion, participation, and accessibility for LGBTQI+ athletes in the world of sports. We strive for a sports world where everyone can be themselves and where gender identity, sexual orientation, and physical characteristics are no longer barriers. We achieve this through storytelling, educational support for sports organizations, creating sports opportunities for LGBTQI+ youth, and by demanding general visibility and knowledge about the issue.
Over the past few years, Out For The Win has already made significant strides and firmly established itself as a center of expertise and advocate for interests , but we still face major challenges. Therefore, we are looking to strengthen our team with additions to several positions:
- Board positions : vice-chairman
- Core volunteer roles : sports program coordinator, sports program steering group, fundraising manager
- Volunteer roles : educator, sports monitor
